1) Overview

By using this site, booking, or receiving services, you agree to these Terms. We may update Terms by posting a new “Effective” date.

2) Who we are

Services are provided by Expansive Explorations, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), a Washington limited liability company, doing business as Ego Engineer™. Ego Engineer™ is a trademark of Expansive Explorations, LLC.

3) Services

We provide coaching and educational services, including Loop Liberation (single session) and Coherence Catalyst (monthly container). Bookings flow through Breely; payments via Stripe; sessions delivered online unless otherwise agreed.

4) Scheduling, rescheduling, cancellations

Please arrive on time. You may reschedule with 24 hours’ notice. No-shows or <24h cancellations may be forfeited. Timezone: Pacific Time (PT) unless stated.

5) Fees, billing, subscriptions

Fees are shown at checkout. For subscriptions (e.g., Coherence Catalyst), billing recurs on the cadence shown during checkout until canceled. You can cancel any time before the next billing date. Unused time does not roll over unless we agree in writing.

6) Refunds

Loop Liberation sessions are non-refundable once delivered. If you need to reschedule, please do so ≥24h in advance. Subscription payments are not prorated on cancellation; cancellation prevents future renewals.

7) Client responsibilities

You agree to participate honestly, complete any practices between sessions, and use your own judgment. No recording of sessions without prior mutual consent. You may not redistribute our materials without permission.

8) Coaching only—no professional advice

Coaching is not medical, mental health, legal, accounting, or financial advice. We do not diagnose, treat, or guarantee outcomes. You remain responsible for your decisions and results.

9) Confidentiality & digital notes

We treat your information as confidential and use it only to deliver services, except where disclosure is required by law, to prevent harm, or with your consent.
Digital session notes: We keep brief digital notes (e.g., themes, goals, practices, next steps) to maintain continuity of care. Notes are stored securely and accessed only by us and approved service providers under confidentiality obligations (e.g., admin VA or tech tools) to the extent needed to support you.

10) Intellectual property & trademarks

All content, tools, frameworks, session materials, and this website are our intellectual property, provided for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivatives without written permission. Ego Engineer™ is a trademark of Expansive Explorations, LLC.

11) Recordings & testimonials

We do not record sessions without mutual consent. If you voluntarily provide a testimonial, you grant us permission to use it (text, audio, or video) for marketing with your name and likeness only as you approve; you may revoke future use in writing (we’ll stop new uses going forward).

12) Technology & communications

You understand email/DM/VoIP are not perfectly secure. You consent to electronic communications for scheduling and service delivery.

13) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

14) Disputes

Please contact us first to attempt an informal resolution. If unresolved, the exclusive venue is state or federal courts in Washington, USA.
