  • Contact & booking info (via Breely): name, email, time zone, answers you choose to share for scheduling/intake.

  • Payment (via Stripe): billing details and transactions (processed by Stripe; we don’t see or store full card numbers).

  • Coaching data: brief digital session notes (themes, goals, practices, next steps), optional pre-work and post-session reflections.

  • Communications: emails, DMs, messages you send us.

  • Website/usage: basic analytics, performance, and security logs (platform defaults; may include cookies or similar technologies).

  • Testimonials/recordings: only with your opt-in consent.

4) How we use data

  • Deliver and improve coaching services and resources.

  • Schedule sessions, manage subscriptions, process payments, and send updates you request.

  • Provide support, track progress (via session notes), and maintain continuity across sessions.

  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

5) Legal bases / lawful grounds (practical summary)

We process data to perform a contract (coaching you request), based on your consent (opt-ins, testimonials, recordings), and for our legitimate interests (service quality, record-keeping, platform security).

6) Sharing with service providers (no selling)

We do not sell personal information. We share limited data with processors who help us run the business—Breely (booking), Stripe (payments), ConvertKit (email), our website host (Squarespace/hosting), Google Workspace (email/docs), and, if engaged, a vetted admin VA under confidentiality. Some providers may be located outside your country; we use providers with reasonable security practices.

7) Digital session notes & retention

We maintain concise digital notes to enhance your experience. We keep notes for 24 months after your last session (or longer if legally required), then delete or anonymize.

8) Your choices

  • Access/Update/Delete: email hello@egoengineer.com with your request.

  • Unsubscribe: click the link in any marketing email.

  • Recordings/Testimonials: fully optional; you can withdraw future use at any time.

9) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures. No method is 100% secure; please use discretion in what you share over email/DM.

10) Children

Our services and site are not directed to individuals under 16.

11) Region-specific rights

Depending on where you live (e.g., California), you may have additional rights (access, delete, portability). Contact us to exercise them; we’ll verify your request.
