How I got here

I began my career in chemical engineering and process improvement. Working with global manufacturers, I led holistic upgrades that saved millions by removing friction from complex systems. The deeper I looked, the more I saw the real bottleneck was not equipment or spreadsheets. The constraint was the set of self-limiting loops running in people and teams.

That insight changed my life. I took a step back, mapped my own patterns, and rebuilt the way I think, choose, and create. Joy returned. Health stabilized. Purpose clicked. Today I bring the same systems rigor and heart to help clients re-architect from within.
